30 minutes of conversation to understand your background, learning style and what brought you here. We'll discuss which programme format might suit you best. It's truly no obligation—just a genuine exploration of whether coaching is right for you.

Street parking is available in the surrounding Ponsonby area. The studio is also accessible by Auckland public transport. When you book, we can provide directions and parking information for your visit.

Just yourself! We provide water and a calm space. Wear comfortable clothing. If you have any specific physical considerations or preferences, let us know when booking so we can prepare appropriately.

Absolutely! Our online coaching and group workshops are available to anyone in New Zealand or beyond. You get the same quality education and support, just from wherever you are. Many of our participants are outside Auckland.
